This is the class that delivers—combining focused strength training, continuous tension, lengthening, and precise movement to create deep, visible change over time.

Expect a strong, steady pace, a full-body burn, and a fusion of our three training styles that comes together in one complete, powerful workout.

Sculpt

Hot sculpt is a high-repetition, low-impact class designed to sculpt and define the body through continuous tension, light weights, and controlled movement.

Sculpt combines precise sequencing and minimal rest to create deep muscular endurance and a lasting burn—targeting arms, glutes, and core with intention.

Expect a steady, elevated pace that challenges you while maintaining form, leaving you lengthened, toned, and accomplished.

Strength

Hot Strength is our muscle-building method — a heated class designed to build muscle and definition. Rooted in controlled, compound movement patterns, this class blends traditional weight training with Pilates precision for a focused, full-body workout.

Expect heavier sets and intentional pacing that allows you to fully work each muscle group. We incorporate our Weighted Beam Bar to intensify compound lifts for deeper muscle activation. Bringing together lower body strength, glute pump, upper body sculpt, and deep core work for a balanced, refined result.

Stretch

Hot Stretch is our elevated recovery ritual — a luxurious, low heat-infused class designed to lengthen, tone, and deeply restore the body. Blending yoga-inspired flow, classical Pilates, intentional mobility, and controlled bodyweight movements. This experience builds flexibility while maintaining strength.

Expect slow, fluid transitions, deep assisted stretches, and moments of grounding that open the body without overwhelming it. Each class closes with a savasana and our signature scent, allowing your nervous system to fully reset in the warmth.

Mommy & Me

An elevated postnatal Pilates experience designed for the modern mother, this class offers a refined and supportive space to restore, strengthen, and reconnect all while keeping your baby close.

Each class focuses on rebuilding your core, pelvic floor, and glutes. You’ll be guided to move at a pace that feels right for you and your postpartum / motherhood journey.

The workouts can be gentle or a bit more challenging , everything is adjustable to your needs.

This class is a chance to connect with other moms in a welcoming, supportive environment. It’s a space where you can show up as you are and feel good moving your body. You are welcome to keep your baby nearby, or where them in a carrier.
